Austin Bowlin, CPA, is a Partner and Chief Exchange Strategist at Real Estate Transition Solutions (RETS), a national advisory firm specializing in 1031 Exchange strategies and Delaware Statutory Trust investments. He leads a team of licensed advisors, focusing on tax analysis, tax-deferral strategies, legal entity restructuring, co-ownership arrangements, and 1031 replacement property options. Prior to joining RETS, Austin worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), specializing in enterprise valuations for acquisitions, restructuring, and divestitures. A Gonzaga University graduate, he holds CPA certification and FINRA Series 22, 63, and 65 licenses.
